Happy New 2016!

January 4, 2016

A very Happy New Year to you all. I'm extremely excited about the year to come as there are many things to look forward to. January kicks off with a performance of Bach's masterpiece, B minor Mass, at Barbican on the 23rd, with one of my favourite choral societies, Crouch End Festival Chorus. 2016 marks several debuts for me, including Carnegie Hall in May, and I'll be returning to Tanglewood and also to Yale campus in Connecticut for concerts in the Summer. I'll be performing a few times with one of my favourite orchestras, Philharmonia Baroque and we'll also be releasing the CD I made with them in October last year, La Gloria di Primavera by Scarlatti.

I'll also be returning to my beloved Elgar a few times this year with a performance of The Dream of Gerontius at Gloucester Cathedral and The Musicmakers at Chichester Cathedral - along with Brahms's Alto Rhapsody, which I can't wait to sing again.

All in all, I think it's going to be a great year! Check out the Schedule page for more detailed information!

As Holofernes, Diana Moore combined military grandeur and suave seductiveness into a superb portrait of a warrior at play on the fields of love.
